RESPOND TO THE CR-48: THE FIRST CHROME OS NETBOOK

Google officially launched the first netbook designed to run Google chrome at upcoming operating system. The new CR - 48 is a portable computer from 12 inches with an Intel Atom processor. Not enough designed for the masses at this time. Actually, Google plans to distribute a limited number of units to interested clients and businesses give comments. To get a unit, you must apply to join the pilot program.

CR - 48 (CR - 48 is an isotope of the element chromium) has a full size keyboard and an oversized clickpad. It comes pre-loaded with Gobi 3 G chip Qualcomm wireless. At United States, the netbook will work with 3 G netbook the Verizon Wireless. Other features include dual band WiFi - 802. .11n ready and a webcam.

Google says that CR-48 get 8 + hours of battery life and 8 days of standby time. By the way chrome netbooks OS-based consumer should start shipping by mid-2011. Acer and Samsung are among the companies that are supposed to launch chrome OS running netbooks. While CR 48 has a 12 inch screen, the model to be launched by Acer will reportedly screen 10 inches and an Intel Atom processor.

TOSHIBA RELEASES AUDIO-CENTRIC NB520 NETBOOK

Toshiba unveiled a new netbook called the NB520. This machine consists of a processor dual-core and a pair of Harman Kardon speakers built in the palm rest.

The Toshiba NB520 is powered by an Intel Atom N550 1.5 GHz processor. Other specifications include 1 GB of RAM, a hard disk of 250 GB and the operating system Windows 7 starter. The netbook is available in lime green, Brown tints of copper and turquoise of sunshine.

While Toshiba NB520 has enough regular specifications, its biggest USP is speakers built-in which, according to Toshiba provide exceptional audio quality. More importantly, the speakers can be used even when the netbook is disabled by connecting an MP3 player.

Price
The Toshiba NB520 price is at $599 Singapore (approximately US $ 457). There is no word on pricing or availability in other countries.

TOSHIBA LAUNCHES NETBOOK NB500

It seems that the NB520 is not the only one 10 inch netbook Toshiba presented yesterday. This model has a smaller cousin called NB500. The Toshiba NB500 has the same case as the NB520 design. Both models are also available with lid colorful options. But while the NB520 is expensive and some premium features, including an atom processor dual core and Harman Kardon speakers, the NB500 has enough regular netbook with speakers netbook standard specifications.

There are conflicting reports about the exact specifications of the NB500, but I guess is that it has an Intel Atom N450 1.66 GHz processor. Other specifications include 1 GB of RAM, a 250 GB hard drive, a battery 6 cells and Wi - Fi 802.11b/g/n. 10.1 Inch display has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.

While the NB520 is able to load your gadgets by USB ports even when the netbook is disabled, the NB500 does not have this capacity.

GOOLE UNVEIL CHROMIUM OS NETBOOK THIS WEEK?

Google may disclose its chrome OS netbook on 7 December. The company is held a press event in San Francisco on December 7 and should reveal more details about the OS chrome to the next address and chrome netbook rumors.

Google is working on chrome for close to a year. This is an operating system built around a browser lightweight. Because it is lightweight, it will start quickly and allow you to obtain online almost instantly. Cool, right? Yes, but there is a problem.

Google Chrome can run web applications. Unlike Windows, Linux, OS X or Android, it cannot run desktop applications, which means that it is completely unnecessary when you do not have an internet connection. You may not, for example, use the OS chrome and chrome netbook in airplane because you have cut your internet connection before you board the aircraft.

Other operating systems such as WIndows and OS X are perfectly usable, even when you're not connected to internet. If this is not very well what exactly is the advantage of operating system chrome.

MSI DUAL CORE NETBOOK SOON. TABLET POSTPONED ONCE MORE

MSI showed off the coast of some running Android tablets to the beginning of this year. However, these prototypes, worked exactly like the way they should. The company has now postponed its decision to launch these tablets until at least Google actually launched version 3.0 of Android. MSI think that Android in its current form is not quite the best operating system for tablets.

MSI Wind coming Pad tablet will be a 10-inch display. It will be probably ports USB and HDMI and cost less than $500.Company should show a demo unit refreshed at the January 2011.Quelques Tablet rendering images have already affected cyberspace, it is not clear if they represent the final design step.
