AMD TO LAUNCH LOW-POWER PROCESORS LYNX BASE YEAR NEXT

AMD has been preparing to launch its next Bobcat for ages, low-power processor core. And it seems that the wait will continue. AMD reporetdly has no intention to launch processors based on the Bobcat ring until next year. AMD still published new bits of information.

Bobcat AMD core processors from AMD on future for low-power, tablets, laptops will shot and other dispositifs.AMD claims that kernel Bobcat will provide 90% performance chips today while occupying less than half the area of Silicon which means that it consumes less energy and produce less heat.

Indeed, the Bobcat kernel is able to run on less than one watt of the pouvoir.Et unlike processors Intel Atom, kernel Bobcat is a 64-bit chip.
Platform AMD Ontario will combine the heart graphics Bobcat AMD processor on the same chip, making it the first system on a chip of AMD.
